Free Returns Service

This means you can return the product for free within 15 days of receiving the product. Our partner suppliers offer free returns service for customers from the following 24 countries:

However, please note that you can only enjoy one-time free local returns for an order. If you initiate more than one return request as part of an order, you may receive free local returns only once and other returns may continue to receive local returns, but you must bear the cost of return shipping to the designated local return address. Therefore, please consider returning the items together to avoid paying this additional shipping cost.

A refund will be issued once we receive your package and confirm that the refund terms are met. The sooner you return the item(s), the sooner you will receive your refund! Can you exchange instead of return? We’re sorry, but item trades are not currently supported. However, since return order and new order are independent processes, you can place a new order before or after receiving a refund. If you wish to return the item, please confirm receipt of your package by clicking “Order Received” and then submit a “Return or Exchange” Ticket with supporting evidence (photos or videos). After submitting your ticket, our Customer Service will confirm your return request based on our policy, warranty, product condition and evidence you provide.
